Subscription Terms

Free Trial: 7 days, no payment required
After Trial: Subscription required to continue using the app
Billing: Automatic renewal unless cancelled
Refunds: Generally not available except where required by law

How to Use CalorieDaddy Responsibly

You Can:

Use the app for personal nutrition tracking
Share general feedback and suggestions
Export your data anytime

You Cannot:

Submit explicit, inappropriate, or offensive content
Use the service commercially without permission
Share your account with others
Abuse our systems with excessive usage

Fair Use and Account Protection

We monitor usage to ensure everyone gets fair access to our service. If we detect patterns that suggest abuse or excessive usage beyond normal personal use, we may:

Issue warnings
Temporarily suspend access
Permanently terminate accounts in severe cases

We're not liable for indirect damages or health decisions based on app data

Inappropriate Content

Don't send explicit images or text through our chat features - this could compromise our access to AI services and result in immediate account termination.

Account Termination

You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

We may terminate accounts for:

Violating these terms
Abusive usage patterns
Non-payment of subscription fees
Inappropriate content submission

Legal Stuff

Your Data When You Leave

If you delete your account:

Local device data is removed when you uninstall the app
Server data is deleted within 30 days of your request
